Tracey is a global transaction banking specialist with expertise in international trade and structured export credit agency (ECA) finance. Demystifying trade transactions, mitigating risk across a range of global transactions incorporating financial technology, credit and cash management solutions, Financial Institution and foreign exchange facilities. Global Transaction Banking team lead. Prior to TD, Tracey worked as an independent export finance consultant in trade finance and correspondent banking leadership roles with Financial Institutions: Export Development Canada (EDC), Lloyds Bank Canada/HSBC and Scotiabank. Experienced across a wide platform of global transaction banking products: letters of credit, foreign exchange, commodity finance, supply chain, cash management payments solutions and structured trade and Export Credit Agency (ECA) finance. Business origination and relationship management in multinational business sectors including: Resources, Extractives, Technology, Manufactured Goods and Infrastructure. Tracey is a past director/chair of the BC Chapter Advisory Board of the Canada China Business Council (2002-2015); past co-chair the International Financial Sector Steering Committee for the Province of BC and currently serves on the board of directors of Vancouver's International Financial Centre, AdvantageBC.ca, and TD Pacific Mortgage Corporation. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, Montreal and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). Tracey has completed University of British Columbia (UBC)’s Sustainability Institute and Stanford Graduate School of Business Directors' Consortium (2013). |
